• Responsibilities :

1. Analyze the needs of project to determine system requirements and the cost of developing electronic systems.
2. Assist in coordinating system development tasks to include design, integration and formal testing.
3. Support Preliminary Design Reviews, Critical Design Reviews, Test Readiness Reviews, Application Functional Test/Application System Integration Testing, System Readiness Reviews, and In Process Review.
4. Liaising with co-engineering teams, other departments, as well as clients to ensure quality projects are completed to desired specifications.
5. Ensure the finished product meets the design objectives and any other appropriate criteria associated with the system requirements and Statement of Work.
6. Developing effective maintenance, testing, and quality control procedures.
7. Showing initiative and keeping up with advancements in Electronics.
8. Monitoring processes, systems, and project deadlines, including identifying problems.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electronics engineering or similar.
2. Experience of 5 years in relevant field.
3. Knowledge of electronic circuit design and testing.
4. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
5. Strong written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills.
6. Excellent research and interpersonal skills.
7. Strong analytical skills.
8. Willingness to work overtime if required.

• Position             : System Engineer
• Job Description  :

1. Develop and manage System requirements, models and documents including System Specifications, Product Breakdown Structure, Design Description Documents, interface specifications, verification test procedures, test, etc. based on project requirements.
2. Inspect electronic systems, instruments, and equipment to ensure that safety standards are met, as well as any other applicable regulations
3. Implement Electronic circuit design
4. Develop maintenance and procedures for testing the electronic equipment and components
5. Design electronic components, systems, products, or software for military applications
6. Work on production efforts with project managers to make certain that projects are completed on budget, on time, and to the right level of quality
7. Direct the manufacturing, installation, and testing of the electrical equipment to make sure that the product meets codes and specifications
8. Undertake System Engineering activities specifically: requirements management, functional analysis, system design, system analysis, integration, system tests, acceptance tests and certification
9. Use domain, discipline and Systems Engineering understanding to ensure enabling, supporting and delivered products robustly and demonstrably meet their requirements and are fit for purpose
10. Participate in ensuring that the design meets all statutory regulatory requirements
11. Develop and execute system tests during development and qualification phases to help ensure that the implemented designs conform to their specifications
12. Maintaining System Engineering related artefacts in accordance with the applicable configuration management, change management and traceability processes
13. Working within agreed project technical, cost and schedule constraints

• Requirements :

1. At least 5 years experience in engineering and ideally a couple of years in system engineering with Verification and Validation exposure.
2. Sound general background in Systems Engineering, with experience both in software and hardware development preferably within the defence sector
3. Knowledge of appropriate engineering development methodologies and strategies.
4. Strong organisational and communication skills due to a physically distributed team.
5. Good contributor to a team-based working environment using an Agile approach.

• Responsibilities :

1. Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
2. Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
3. Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides
4. Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
5. Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
6. Create and maintain the information architecture

• Requirements and skills :

1. University degree in Engineering (Electronics) or equivalent preferred
2. Proven working experience of atleast 4 years in technical writing of software documentation (Electronics domain)
3. Excellent written skills in English
4. Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
5. Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
6. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
